For some countries only Dimex Express delivery option is available.
Once the package is shipped, in your order details section of this site you can find the package ID to track it online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Custom duties/taxes of a destination country, applied to a buyer, are NOT included in the price.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. I do my best to ship your order as fast as possible, provide any reasonable help and support in case of delivery delays, but I do not accept any liability for delays, caused by the 3rd parties.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

You may return goods within 14 days since delivery date. If 14 days have gone, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 2 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
